How to play Scorpion Solitaire
Try Scorpion Solitaire at your own pace and keep its objective in view. Complete four same-suit king-to-ace runs. Use the example below to understand a decision. Choose a comfortable screen position before beginning. Look at what changes after your first action.
Seven columns; three stock cards dealt once to the first three columns. Free solo play, no wagering.
Read before acting
Read one step at a time and try it on the playing area. Match the instruction to the control you use. Keep the objective visible.
Your goal
Complete four same-suit king-to-ace runs. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Follow this game’s rules rather than another version’s.
Step by step
- Move a face-up card with its tail onto the next higher same-suit rank. Kings fill empty columns.
- Select a face-up card and then the destination pile or Empty slot.
- Use foundations where available; full Spider or Scorpion runs clear automatically.
- Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.
Controls
Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. On a smaller screen, keep the active part of the board within view. A new-round button replaces the current round.
A useful example
The trailing cards may be unordered, but the destination suit and rank must match. Apply the same reasoning to the position in your own round. Choose a deliberate next step.
Watch out for this
Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Check the rule before repeating the action. Choose one rule to keep in mind for this round. Apply it consistently rather than guessing what another version might allow.
